Stop debit my account with sim card I did not agree on

A call agent from FNB called me in February 2017 and said because I am a loyal customer they will be sending a SIM card. I asked her if they will be debiting my account and she said no. The next thing on the 24 February 2017I received the 2 SIM card on mu addresses. No explanation what the sim card are for. The following month the was money taken off my account for these SIM cards. I went to the fnb branch to enquire, they told me it was for my fnb connect. I told the consultant that I didn't want the SIM cards and I want them cancelled. We called FNB connect to tell them to cancel the sim card and they advised me that they did. In May 2017 I received a letter that my account for FNB connect was in arrears for R213,I went back to the branch to show them the letter and a complaint was logged to resolve this issue and the was no response. Now today the 4th June 2017 I received a text saying that r151 was taken off my account for fnb connect. I am thinking of closing my account with FNB because of this bad service. I am so angry because I am not working and this FNB SIM card is taking the little money I have. This is so wrong .
