Stop debit is requested but FNB dont want to arrange it

Hi FNB ,I have been chatting with so many consultants today asking them to stop any MFC debit orders because i made payment arrangements, i do Efts but becasue they handed my account over the different legal agents are being annoying and just debit me regardless of my situation, i have zero balnace now going into a negative and by the time my salary comes imagine, my account looks like a circus, please assist, because the consultants have advise it is a breach and they cannot help, but FNB has assisted me previously. thanks Desiree
