Stop Credit Cent (**********)

There's a company called Credit Cent which deducting R99 every month without my permission. I told FNB several times to stop debit orders from that company but they haven't. I'm beginning to suspect that someone inside is working with these **********. FNB pls deal with this company or else I'm gonna end up moving to another bank, since I've been complaining about this several times.
