Stop controlling my money BUT bank and let me control my money!

I changed the debit order date because my salary date changed, for the loan it was correctly changed but for the Credit card I was told it will only be effective after 20 days then the 25th debit order bounced as I had funds transferred to my account for other needs it was immediately debited on the 28th then again on the 31st my account was debited so now it’s been debited twice in one month. And when I enquire this Guy Thabiso from credit card disputes tells me I need to pay charges for reversal why must I pay… this is not the first time the credit card division does this I have other commitments and if you debit twice where am I gone get the money for my other obligations now I’m gona be in arrears with other service providers. Just because I bank with you it doesn’t give you any right to do as you please with my money don’t control it just bank it for me I hate this I’m extremely disappointed thT it keeps happening to me and specifically the Credit card and for proper attention and assistance we must complain nonsense!!
