Stop charging me statement fees!! Stop it

Hi, it's me again, seems like every month I'm supposed to be here to complain about the same thing ????

On the 28 Feb you charged me R28 on my east account for statements!!! How many times do I need to ask you people to stop charging me for statements??? I don't need any statements send to me by any form !!! I have access to statements that are free on the app !! I don't need any statements posted to me in any of my accounts or my kids account !!!! Stop billing me statements fee!!! Stop it

Remove whatever it is that triggers you to send me statements and bill me !! Stop it please
