Stop changing my accounts without my concern and charging me fees

*** make sure u reverse that R4 u charged me on 2July! U have no right to charge that! Your agent says it's for when my Acc was changed from aspire to fusion aspire last year, in case u forgot my Acc was fusion aspire & u downgraded it yourself without my concern and u had to fix it back to fusion aspire so u can't charge me for your mistakes!! Reverse that amount !! I'm tired of u doing as u please on my accounts! Stop it or I will start reporting u to the Ombud

I received a text message today saying welcome to your new account with Acc no.. yet that is my cheque account I have been using it for years so why am I getting new Wwlcome messages as if I’m new??? U better stop doing ad u please on my accounts!!!! I have a fusion account with an overdraft ! Last year u downgraded me without my concern u just did your own things so I demanded that u fix that and u did now u want to charge me Pro rata for what now ?? It makes no sense that over a year later u want to charge me pro rata for putting me back to my fusion aspire account that I was on anyway and u are the ones that downgraded it ? Like do you even know what you are doing over there ??? The text message I got also looks like I just opened a new account !!! Stop changing my accounts !!!
