Stop bulking my childrens accounts with R26 statement free

Hi, again you have charge my kids funny accounts with R26 statement fees on the 1st august ??? For what ??? Stop billing this accounts with statement fees, I've never asked you to do this, last month I was here again and you reversed all of them now you are here again taking statement fees of R26 on my kids accounts- stop it FNB stop it

I'm now having no choice but to report u to the ombudsman - you apparently charging this cause I requested statements- I have never done that I don't need paid statements either cause I can see what I need on the app
