Stop asking me to send u docs for fnby compliance cause I send this already !!! Stop it

You asked me for compliance docs for my sons fnby account or else u will close his acc in Feb, I submitted all the requirements in email, yet everyday you reply to this same email asking me for the very same things I already send to u??? I now attach that email as proof that all those things are submitted, why don’t u open the attached???? Again today you are still asking me to send my id copy, but it is in all the docs I have send , what do u want from me ????? Cause this is definitely exhausting me!! And you dare close my child’s account over this !!! Just do your job, open the attachment and do your job!! I can’t be expected to be sending the same thing everyday haibooo
