stop a payment

<p>on the 13th of april i went to FNB middelburg mall i wanted to stop an isurance compant from taking money off my account. a consultant helped to stop the insunce from taking money and i had to pay R50 for that. but suprisingly the same insurance company was able to take the money. when i went to the bank on the 25th a diffarent consultant said they cant stop the insurance company from taking my money. ill like to know why did the 1st consultant not tell me this. instead of taking money off my account. i can pay for something that did not help me</p>
