My husband cancelled insurance with you in October. You *****ently debited him twice and only refunded half of this despite acknowledging you owed him a full refund. Today you’ve double debited him again. He now cannot make his car payment thanks to your incompetence. This is theft. We will be taking you to the ombudsman but how does he explain to ABSA why he cannot pay his car? This is outrageous. Kindly explain how no one thought to stop a debit order or refund the full amount? You know owe him over R4000. This is not petty change. This is disgusting FNB. You are *******.
