On 19th Sept logged a complaint about missing funds. 5 days later we are still waiting for someone at FNB Resolution Centre to contact us about the R3500 recalled amount from ABSA sent on 1st September. It seems to me that staff at FNB have once again failed miserably to locate OUR MONEY!!!!
