i am so disappointed as i had money in my account for my debit order just to see that money was taken from my account i tried to call fnb last night and they kept transferring me from one department to another and now i cant take off work to sort it out. on my mini statement the amount withdrawn is so much smaller than other transactions as if it is an inside job where my money was ******. now i have a rejected debit order and than i am going to be charged bank charges.

04 Mar 2022, 07:40I am so disappointed as I went into the braamfontein branch yesterday because i needed my problem to be sorted with the money that is missing from my account the lady called the ***** department and that guy I spoke to thinks I am stupid as I don't know what is happening in my account. with all the emails I received with my purchases and payments there still suppose to be enough money for my last debit to go off. the lady was helping 3 people at the same time so my problem never got sorted out and I looked like I don't know what is happening. so now no one can answer where my money is and i have to just accept it as no one is helping.
