****** FNB CANCELED CARDS STILL BEING USED

I am very disappointed, I have been with this bank for over 10 years now and I feel it's time to change banks. On the 18 May 2022 my mother's handbag was ****** at La Lucia mall, in her bag was my personal wallet with all my cards, Business card, Private wealth card and premier card. Luckily I still had my phone so I used the FNB banking app to cancel all my cards. I reported this to the police in Durban North. A few days after my cards were canceled I noticed transactions for toll gate plaza. I immediately contacted the ***** department on *** and reported these transactions as **********. The ***** department told me the cards have been hot listed and the investigators will be in contact. I waited for over two weeks no one contacted me. I woke up this morning on the 3 June 2022 and I noticed 9 Toll plaza transactions off the CANCELED CARD THAT WAS REPORTED AS ****** ON THE 18 MAY. I quickly contacted FNB ***** department on *** I spoke with a lady that told me canceled cards can still be used, She didn't ask for my ID number and she wasn't of any help. I ended the call and dialed again and spoke with a man, I explained this situation and gave him my ID number. Again NO HELP. I am asking FNB to listen to the voice recordings of the call, two weeks ago the ***** department told me investigators will call me regarding these ********** transactions. When I called the ***** department again this morning, I was told that investigators only call when a client has been ****med and NO investigators were going to contact me. Look, I am just so sick and tired of FNB and all their lies. I am going to open a capitec account today. Your ***** department has completely failed on so many levels. I just found out from your ***** department that my canceled cards can still be used, I just found out that NO one is investigating this matter. Seriously I'm done with this bank. Anyone reading this review could close their FNB accounts and find another bank.
