****** cards still used. Bank incapable of cancelling cards.
Cards were ****** 8 January. Reported and cards cancelled. Cards are still being used by ********* even though cards were cancelled. Phoned several times but cards are still used daily. No refund of ****** money and cards still being used.

04 Feb 2021, 14:18Your apologies and automated messages does not solve my problem. Another approx R1000 ****** yesterday. They are now starting to use my business bank card as well. I have no choice but to close my accounts before you bankrupt me. How difficult is it to block the damn cards and refund my money. Your security sucks.

05 Feb 2021, 14:01Received an email that basically says they are going to keep *****ing and there is nothing you can or will do about it. I need a solution not excuses. Is all your clients aware that if their cards get ****** you cant stop the ********* from using their cards?
