****** card still swapping tollgates

im very upset and annoyed with FNB, My old card which i reported ****** on your ***** department is still swapping tollgates all over south afarica.

i appreciate that you have send me new card but why old card still doing transaction.

im tired and exhausted by calling fnb...i dont know how many ref no i have for this case.
