****** Card Reported but Bank not blocking or cancelling it???? WHY??

I'm complaining on behalf of my husband. He has an account with FNB and was ****** at gun point where they took all his cards. Now he initially went to the bank to cancel the card where he was told to call the number to report the ****** card, of which he did but now his card is being used at different toll gates, clearly it is not cancelled and someone out there is using it. He has been calling FNB regarding this matter but they seem to assist or have a solution. What do we do now? Will the bank reimburse us? This is just so *********** and just terrible service delivery. I have an account with FNB and honestly I think I must cancel it. Look my husband has Standard Bank cards also which where taken the same and he reported and they cancelled or blocked the card but we have not received any SMS suggesting that someone is using or able access that Standard Bank card just FNB. Please do your job, do what you suppose to, people open accounts with you trusting you but break the trust. Please urgently advise on this matter. We are not happy customers and this can be bad for your business.
