****** card and money withdrawn

i lost my money from my account and i did not even get the notification that my money is going out of my bank account until i tried to by some air time with my cellphone, so i do not understand why the bank did not notify me about those transactions because i reported immediately after my card was ******. can you please find out who did this and dill with the ***** who stole my card, and i can be very happy if my money can be refunded to me as i am the loyal customer for fnb since from 2006. my life is in stand still now and i do not know if i will continue banking my money with fnb because i can feel that my money is not safe even if it is on my bank account.
