****** BLOCKED FNB CHEQUE CARD STILL BEING USED

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with First National Bank. My handbag was ****** on 18 May 2022 at Pick n Pay La Lucia Mall. I had my FNB cheque card inside my bag. I managed to block the card when I got home. A few days after I blocked my FNB cheque card I noticed that my blocked card was still being used at toll gate plazas throughout the country. I contacted the FNB ***** department and they told me that they are going to investigate and get back to me. It's been over two weeks and NO one from the ***** department contacted me regarding the case. I had R900 in there for my debts now it's minus -R694. I don't know what to do as the ***** department is not helpful at all in this situation. My debts have all bounced and all my money is gone. I am a pensioner and the way I have been treated by FNB has been very bad. Can someone please assist me before all my policies fall away?
