****** bank card still active even after been blocked and cancelled.

I am very unhappy with FNB ***** Division/Department. My bank card got Stollen on the 28th of October 2021. During April 2022 there was some ********** transactions that took place using my lost card of which was reported, blocked, cancelled and doesn't even exist on my Backing app anymore. I reported this Transactions and they were reversed however the card still manages to make even more ********** transactions after I reported this to FNB. I reported it again but still even more Transactions were taking place. This is really affecting my credit negatively and I would like for FNB to rather cancel this account and provide me with a new account because clearly they cant solve this problem.
