Bunch of inept *******. These losers at FNB allocated ZAR 900 incorrect LTE data IN JAN/FEB 2020 and have not to dates paid it back.

11 Sept 2020, 12:35tick-tock...so some knob head sent an email from tier3 support - sounds like some gupta anc pension fund scheme -- this idiot then again said 1 of the 4 airtime portions were correctly allocated, which it was not -- fnb you need to learn what the data products you resell are and try to connect the actual product to the correct price and deliver it as it should be -- that will be 3 steps -- i know it is expecting a lot but do try - you are inept and embarrassing
