Stole my money

I received a sms that my case is a high priority case on the 20/10/2020 and I will be contacted with in 24/48 hours it is now 8 days after I have received the sms and I havent heard of fnb, like i've said somebody stole my wallet in 2018 and withdraw a whole lot of money(R12 000,00),which I cant even do,fnb just said it was my negligence,so im very disappointed in fnb.
