******* stole money that they can’t explain where it went.

My issue is still not resolved with these *******. Now my cheque account is also overdrawn & nobody is contacting me. Back to the ombudsman. Think I should escalate this with an attorney & sue these *******. Now my dad’s account is blocked because of “FICA” documentation which I had submitted twice & they say he must call them. My dad had a stroke & is back in hospital. Is FNB going to pay all the copayments because they stole money from my accounts & has a pensioners account blocked?
