Stokvel Accounts not allowed on Saturday

I had the most shocking experience at FNB New Market Branch... I went there to open a Stokvel Account... Then i get told that: 1. FNB doesnt open Stokvel Accounts on Saturday. Thia is news to me as it is not posted anywhere on their website or the branch. I have another Stokvel Account which i opened on a Saturday at FNB. 2. I apparently need to make a during the week appointment. So basically if I cant make it during the week, I must forget about opening an account. Shocking! 3. When i call the FNB Private Wealth to atleast assist as you would expect. They are clueless. This is ****** upsetting... Call me FNB to explain this crazy rule on ***
