Stokvel account opening online ****

Good day

we were so excited to open a Stokvel account online with my siblings to save our Stokvel money as we are far apart from each other we meat 4 to 5 times in year, now the account we opened is on hold not operating ,we send help we been told to take ID to the bank what was the reason for online ,will have to wait until goodfriday to go to bank the online account opening is useless, mind you all the signatories bank with FNB why are we sent to call to go submit ID PLEASE I have been disappointed we even considering other banks we don't bank with
