Stokvel Account Closure

I was at @ Wonderpark Branch. I was assisted by Boitumelo and her team leader Kagiso.Firstly the level of unprofessionalism there Boitumelo was chewing gum Infront of us. We were there to close the stokvel account. We were told that all three members have to be there to close the account. The agreement that we signed indicates that any two can transact on the account. They said they can't close the stokvel account. On January we went there to withdraw money it was only the two of us now today we can't close that account. I am disappointed to say the least.
