Stokvel

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from FNB at their Sandton City branch. Our problem started on the 2nd of December when we attempted to withdraw our stokfel funds from our savings accounts. We as a brothership stokfel as well as a burial account which we contribute a monthly premium to both accounts. The stockfel is the one that we save to distribute every December. Unfortunately we cannot access our stockfel funds that we were suppose to share this December but we haven’t gotten any of our funds. Our treasures have been to the branch with no positive outcome. The answer from the bank is that the lady that put the account on hold is on leave and they cannot get hold of her. No my wonder is that how does it happen that out of the whole bank system there’s only one person that is responsible with our account. It’s very disappointing. We have asked that this issue is escalated so we can get an outcome rather than being in the dark.
