Stinking service

I made a temp loan on the 24 december with an understanding tht when i get paid they wll dedact to my supprise they dedact a random amount to my acc today leaving me penniless y couldnt thy wait until my salry comes in... Fr haven sake it january nw thy cn see xctly wen im getting paid... Im given xcusses y the random debit order.... I want tht money reversed back to day and take the agreed amount whn im getting paid... Fnb is so annoying i have heard it with them
