Stinking attitude from branch consultant

I am an FNB client and really not happy about the attitude of a branch consultant in Port Shepstone, KZN. This branch is in Aiken street. On numerous occassions I have visited this branch and have noticed bad attitude from one consultant. On two occasions it was directed to myself and on many other occasions was directed to other clients. I was warned about this consultant by my colleagues when I mentioned that I would be visiting that branch to request a statement. She is plain rude, has no clue how to treat a client and is seriously ruining the FNB brand. Earlier today I was able to get her name, Phindile Ngcobo. Clients are treated like dirt and it seems she believes she is bigger than the brand and bigger than the clients. She either needs to get training and mentorship on how to treat clients. Please look into this before we switch to other banks that deliver great service. I understand that this is just one rotten apple but I also believe that bad word of mouth does a business no good either.
