Stills getting deductions for a canceled First Bodyline policy

After spending a week and half trying to submit a claim with FNB First Bodyline scratch and dent, they rejected my claim on a technicality, I then asked them to cancel the policy since it does not pay out, they then sent me documentation that the policy has been cancelled well before the end of the moth. On the last day of they month they are still deducting money from mu account, now i need to spend more airtime and my time calling them to fix this issue, where will be putting me on hold and transferring my calls to multiple departments like they did the last week and half.... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
