STILL WRONG ADDRESS ON MY MONTHLY STATEMENT!!!

Still wrong address on my monthly statement.

Please take note that this address is UNKNOWN to myself, as I never stay at such address. This is going on for way to long, and month after month I try to change my address on my monthly statement.

HOUSE 473 DWYKA LN LYNN EAST 0186

This is NOT and I do repeat, NOT, my correct address for so many years.

I did send you month after month proof of my CORRECT address, which is my Levies statement, Rates from City of Tshwane with the correct address.

What else do you need? Another Affidavit - another visit to a branch?

My review last month was regarding this wrong address on my statement, but received my statement, and STILL THE WRONG ADDRESS.

I never stay in Lynn East (where is that) I do not stay at HOUSE 473 where I stay is only 39 units.

This is unacceptable.
