Still waiting since Oct 2016 for a credit card application to materialise!

17 Oct 2016, that's the day I app**** for a credit card with my private banker at the time, Amien Davids. Since then, I've got a new private banker, Ricardo Samuels (he is better). But yet, it is now 20 Feb 2017, and I still don't have a credit card. I've sent payslips more than once, I've sent the signed agreement form before, and now I must do so again. I was offerred 15.5%, and now I am offerred 21%. So, after so many failed attempts at providing customer service to me, besides dropping the ball & me still not having my credit card (losing out on so much ebucks - which is why I'm applying for it in the first place), now I get a **** offer of 21%?

Completely unacceptable.

Worst bank ever.

Avoid FNB.

Reviewer Update

I am yet to experience satisfaction as an FNB client. The fact that it is now March 2017, and my woes started in October 2016, is utterly distasteful & should be regarded as disgraceful by you.

I eventually after much blood, sweat & tears received my credit card from you. Now I sit with ebucks woes, which leaves me in complete awe of your completely shattered & horrific client processes.

Please spend some time, first sorting my issue out, and second, sorting out your process end to end. Perhaps it would be worthwhile for you to spend time understanding & unpacking your entire value chain as an organisation and then spend time optimising your processes.
