Still waiting on order from Black Friday (2 Months later)

This is my second complaint about the same issue as it still has not been resolved. Last complaint reference I got from FNB was ***. I am still awaiting my order from black Friday (2 months later). I was contacted on 14 January saying they are looking into the order but the warehouse is closed. Then I was contacted on 18 January saying there is stock and they organizing delivery and I should get it by Friday (21 January) I am still waiting. Calling the helpdesk gets me nowhere, all I am told is they will escalate to the ebucks store. Nobody calls me or give me an update. I have been patient but this level of service is ridiculous. Ebucks and FNB should be ashamed.
