still waiting on my airtime and data

So fnb came out with sim cards, for cheque accounts if you port your current sim to fnb connect you get R400 (which is R100 x 4 months) and 1.3gb of data (which is 100 mb everymonth till its 1.3gb. I accepted this and got my first for Nov, Dec and Jan. Feb i called in to customer service 4 times. No one has gotten back to me nor have i received ant data or airtime since.
