still waiting from may for acc to be opened

this is the third and the last complaint i will lay ... as there seems to be no hope that fnb will eventually open the account. i got the 6th message from fnb today requesting a copy of the id which i had been sending since may...am no longer sure what kind of id they are looking for now.i get responses from care@fnb promising to look into the matter here on hello peter and then they also disappear without solving anything. even now i know someone will respond and say that they are resolving the matter and that would be the end of it.
