STILL WAITING FOR MY REVOLVING LOAN APPLICATION TO BE LOOKED AT AFTER 6 WORKING DAYS!

Last week Tuesday I app**** for a revolving loan for R5000 from FNB online. Received the pre-agreement but then received no feedback or funds. I am a FNB client.

After contacting your call centre last week to find out about the progress they said it would take 3-5 working days and I would receive my funds. To date I have received nothing.

Yesterday I contacted your call centre again and literally spent 45 minutes being passed from one department to the next. And still no one knew what was going on. I first called FASTAP, they put me through to Online Banking, they put me through to Telephone Banking, they put me through to Revolving Loans who apparently only deal with credit defaults, they advised me that Mpho was handling my case, went through to Mpho, who I found out was a Private Banker and couldn't assist me, then I went through to fulfilments who put me back through to Revolving loans (risk division) and was told to press option 5. Went through to them and there was no option 5. I told the lady on the other end who was extremely upset with your call centre as they had just received communication not to send clients to that division which they clearing ignored. She tried to help me but couldn't and then advised me to lay a complaint which I duly did and have not received any further communication. She has also taken my phone recording to her manager. She advised me that there has been no activity on my application. So much for 'How can we help you'

Still no funds and I am extremely annoyed. You gave me R60 000 in a blink of an eye yet for R5000 I have waited over a week. You are always offering me loans and credit cards but when I do want it then this is the frustration I have to go through.

Please urgently assist!

Claire
