Still waiting for my refund from FNB funeral FI***

Can I please have my refund now. On Monday I was promised that I will receive my money, today it is Thursday and I have not recieved it. I was holding on the phone for almost 24 minutes while Dineo was trying to reprocess the same payment that was processed on Monday.. I want my R521 please. TODAY!!! It is because of your lazy staff that I was double debited, they are so lazy to send an email or make a phone call to IT to inform them that arrears on accounts have been setttled. Please give me my money today!!!
