STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND FOR UNFAIR CHARGES

I didn't like FNB's response to my query a few days ago, I will submit a complaint on Hello Peter until they refund me the money they took of my account, telling me that the Calendar Month is from the 16th till the 16th of the month, that is the badest excuse I have ever heard, as a Calendar Month is from the 1st, till the 1st. It's only from the 16th, till the 16th when it suits them. They cut around each and every corner just to take peoples hard earned money. I want my R R359.20 for Interest on Debit Balance they charged me, and the R57.00 for a Mothly O/D fee. They say that they can't reverse it, but I say it's Bull! In that case, just pay the money into my account.<br> <br> I know the public can see this, so please beware of taking an Overdraft on your account, because you will have it paid up, and the Bank will still charge you for the month.
