Still waiting for my refund after 4 months.

I booked a flight via British Airways from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg for 12 March 2022. The flights were grounded on the day of the flight. BA informed me that I would be refunded my eBucks within 2 months. In May I contacted them only to be told that I now need to contact ebucks. The lady informed me that my eBucks would be refunded within the next week or 2. Well to date no refund has appeared. This is really shocking as it is now 4 months since the cancellation.
