Still Waiting for my refund

I had 2 loans with FNB and both are paid up. I have logged complaints with Charmaine Lemek and was suppose to receive a refund for over debited amounts in my account. She asked me to provide FNB with a bank statement for my refund but haven't had any response from her and that was on 03/01/2019 after several calls to the loans department. Can someone intervene as I'm tired of trying to get hold of Charmaine and her team. Need my refund even if it's R1. I really don't want to go into details and sending emails back and forth because the legal loans department/team doesn't respond to emails or give feedback of your query. I have spoken/email Langutani, Ntombizodwa. Luxanna Bux and Charmaine herself but to no avail.
