Still waiting for my refund

Good day<br> <br> I have been chasing my refund for the past week and still no joy. As a private client of FnB I surely expect better service but this has been the worst service ever. I finished paying for my homeloan in Sept but the installment was deducted again. I called for a refund from Monday 26 until today, no response. Adel Nduna has my refund forms can I get the money back in my account asap. I have been attended to by 4 agents and only got Adel's name coz she sent me an email, otherwise I would name them all. I need the refund processed pliz asap.
