Still waiting for my receipt to show proof of payment to the burial societ

I was at Balfour Park mall in Johannesburg on the 4 June 2020 I was using one of their Atm to deposit money for a burial societ I used the atm correctly only to find out that the machine does not have slips I went inside to look for the slip but it dd not appear on the system I sat there for hours than they made me fill in some form and told me that they will reinstate the money in account that I was sending money to and it will take 7working days and will call me to get the receipt because I wanted it as a proof of payment till this day I'm still waiting plus their service is poor I never go to any fnb and get proper help at I'm really disappointed hoping to hear from you soon you can call *** or *** for more information thanx.
