Still waiting for my money that the bank took

I complained on hello peter yesterday about fnb and they rep**** privately but the reply was logging a complain that was something they **** and said they did last week Friday which they only did so yesterday and till today it’s 5 days the bank still holds my money with no valid feedback and my debit orders still bounce this morning and I’m sitting at -500 within 4 days that’s the price I’ll pay for being an fnb loyal premier client and my calls where dropped today ....I don’t know why and the branch still told me to wait today too untill when ? I don’t know Just give my my money back so my account can debit with no decline and my credit score will be affected by this Fnb do your job please I’ve not been so disappointed and on top of that is the lies the branch and the people on the premier email tell
