Still waiting for my ebucks

The reference numbers is: **********, **********NF , **********NF

On Friday 4 December i was upgraded to a private clients account without consenting or asking for it. That influenced my ebucks November allocation, my smartspend allocations and my ebucks rewards level SEVERLY. After so many promises about rectifying my allocations and level...... it still has not been done...... I am very disappointed..... and had to book my rental car with less discount as I should have got.....
