Still waiting for my credit card

I had app**** for a credit card, as the bank said I had qualified for one. When finally going ahead to get a credit card, I've waited two weeks for my card every time I call, the agent advises me he will send me the quote and paperwork nothing has been sent. When calling again the following number *** I get the same story the quote will be e-mailed to me and no one gets back to me. Please may someone get back to me regarding this as this service is unacceptable!<br>
