Still waiting for my bank card

<p>I went to FNB to get a new bank card as I had lost my previous one. I was advised that I should do it online rather as I'll be charged for doing it at the FNB branch. I ordered my card online 3 weeks ago and still no card. Logged a complaint with FNB last week it's 8 business days later and still no card.</p> <p> </p> <p>After being an FNB customer for years this is the 1st time I've received such horrible service. At this point, I'm seriously considering canceling my account with FNB and going to another bank what's the point of having a service that doesn't work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Lazaro</p>
