Still waiting for law on call, 3 days later..

on 18 November 2019, i tried phoning Law on call for assistance, help desk answering machine kept keeping me on hold until i hung up. Resorted to emailing them document that i needed assistance on. Received acknowledgement, FNBREF #***.answer, customer service team will be in touch soon. It is the 21 November 2019, today, no such has happened.
