STILL WAITING FOR ***** TO RESOLVE MATTER NOW FNB WANTS TO LIST ME FOR MONEY OWING BUT THEY OWE ME MONEY

Good day,

I am highly disappointed in FNB I use to work there and can honestly say we never did things this way. I have been having problems with my account since April. two amounts went off I reported it to fnb -they reversed and I reported it to *****. then the next week another two transactions same companies different amounts. I once again went into fnb where I was told its the same transaction by the consultant she even called her team leader. they continued to argue with me. I had money in my savings that I couldn't access because my account was in a minus balance because of the ***** transactions. I left without a solution. next week I returned and the only person who seems to know what's going on Lenell jones was there. she confirmed it was the second time this was going off. she once again reported it to ***** and promised in 7 days I would get a call from *****. its been almost 7 weeks still no call. my account is in a minus balance - fnb owes me for a new card that they said would be reversed and bank charges would be reversed instead I'm getting messages threatening me of legal action. the said account has a temp loan owing. I have called every single dept trying to get help. lenell told me when she opened up a new account for me so i could have access to the money in my account, regarding the temporary loan that the temp recovery will take it manually. I called them advised them that there is a ***** on my account that I have a new bank account and can they not take it from there or can I deposit it to them - no one has tried to help. i can not put money into the account because then the outstanding ***** payments will take the money I still haven't heard from ***** and yet I'm being threatened with legal action. I worked in legal recoveries and I promise if fnb lists me they will pay to have that record cleared. i have done everything in my power to sort this out - I even went back to the branch again last week just to be turned away telling me I must phone the ***** dept- they can't do anything for me. I am deeply hurt by the lack of assistance. and the ***** dept is the worst. you are playing with peoples good names and i refuse to let fnb ***** my name.

i am saying reverse those ***** transactions and the bank charges so my account is cleared then i will pay the money for the temp loan. i am tired of this bank just listing people for things that not their fault and history on this platform shows that is exactly what fnb does.

i will believe that when this is actually resolved. and i stop getting harassed by the recoveries department for something that is entirely out of my control, this account should have been closed ages ago now I'm paying service fees for two accounts . just another way fnb taking money from me.

ok so thank you to Parktown manager for lighting a fire under ***** they have reversed the ***** transactions. however, my account is still in a minus balance meaning i am still being charged for service fees that i was promised would be reversed. In addition, my R100.00 for new card still has not been reversed.
i am still getting threatening emails and messages of legal action - however i have made arrangements for the temp loan to be paid at the end of this month as unforeseen expenses arose while they were taking all this time to sort the account out.
