STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK - ***NF

Good Day Since the 19th of March and till now no one has responded to me. FNB took R190 out of my account and still hasn't refunded me. They tried to tell me that when I swiped I had no money and I sent them all my screenshots to show them I had money enough money and THEIR OWN INCONTACT shows that I had enough money left and for some reason my account went into a minus and my R190 disappeared and now fnb is not responding to my emails.
