Still waiting for feedback

I was purchasing some items online (Spree online shop) and as I was making payment, the spree website gave an error message but payment was taken from my bank. 3 transactions in total. Logged a dispute with spree but because there was no order they referred me to FNB. I logged a dispute until now no feedback. This is the email I got.
