STILL WAITING FOR CORRECT BANK CARD!

Still waiting for assistance with correct business bank card. I recently opened a new bank card with FNB, contacted them, as the card with the wrong spelling was delivered to me. Emailed and called and was told the correct spelling was changed on my profile and a new card with correct spelling would be sent. Still waiting for this and no one has responded to my email.
